For Grades 6-12. Are you artsy? Creative? Bored? Register to compete in AHPL's very first Tiny Art Show. You will receive a 3 in. x 3 in. tiny canvas that can be used to create any type of art in any medium you wish. The only rules are that it must fit on the 3 in. x 3 in. canvas and be able to be displayed on a tiny easel. Registration closes on September 18, 2021. All artwork must be delivered to the library's Youth Services department by September 25, 2021 with a completed entry form. Works will be on display around the library and on our website (if the artists agrees) from September 25 - October 16. Winners will be announced October 16. Prizes will be awarded by grade level. Grades 6-8: 1st prize $50 Amazon gift card; 2nd prize $25 Amazon gift card.  First and 2nd prize winners in grades 9-12 will receive the same.
