This month’s Fine Arts Kit for adults makes 6 custom hair or tie clips! You won't be given step-by-step instructions, but will be provided with an overview of how to work with polymer clay and some inspiration; the exact designs are up to your imagination and creativity. Registration is required to receive the kit.

Kits are available for pickup starting July 8th from the Information Services Desk or via curbside pickup. Kits must be picked up by the last day of the month.

Please note that AHPL cardholders will be given priority for the first week of registration. AHPL cardholders MUST enter their library card number in the appropriate registration field in order to be eligible. Other registrants will be approved on a first-come, first-served basis.

The kit includes:

• 1 oz. polymer clay, various colors

• 1 tbsp. varnish

• 6 hair/tie clips

You will need to provide:

• Sandpaper

• Plastic knife

• Super glue

• Paintbrush

• Parchment paper/tin foil

• Oven (toaster ovens work!)
